Reckonly is a coaching and education practice operating from No. 22-1, Jalan Kenari 5, Bandar Puchong Jaya, 47100 Puchong, Selangor, Malaysia. We provide non-advisory financial goal-setting coaching programmes. We are the data controller for personal information collected through our website and coaching programmes.

2. What Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

• Programme enquiry details: your message content and programme interest
• Session notes: goal-setting content discussed with your consent (held confidentially)

Legal basis: Data is processed on the basis of your consent (for optional data and cookies), for the performance of our coaching contract (for programme participants), or for our legitimate interests in operating and improving our services.

Retention: Enquiry data is retained for 12 months. Coaching session notes are retained for 24 months from the end of a programme, then deleted. Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months.
