1. Definitions

• "Reckonly" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" — the coaching practice operating from No. 22-1, Jalan Kenari 5, Bandar Puchong Jaya, 47100 Puchong, Selangor, Malaysia.
• "Services" — our financial goal-setting coaching programmes, sessions, and related educational materials.
• "User" / "You" — any person who accesses our website or participates in our programmes.
• "Content" — all materials, worksheets, workbooks, tools, prompts and other resources provided through our programmes.
• "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, submitting an enquiry form, or enrolling in a programme, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and agree to these terms in full.

3. Service Description

Reckonly provides non-advisory financial goal-setting coaching. Our services are educational and coaching in nature only. We do not provide regulated financial advice, investment recommendations, or products of any kind. Nothing in our sessions or materials constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, hold or take any specific financial action.

Programmes are offered primarily to individuals based in Malaysia. Video sessions may be available to participants outside Malaysia at our discretion, subject to programme availability.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our website or participating in a programme, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information in enquiry forms and during onboarding
• Attend scheduled sessions punctually or provide advance notice if unable to attend
• Treat all coaching staff and peer circle participants with respect
• Maintain the confidentiality of what other peer circle members share
• Not record sessions without prior written consent from Reckonly
• Not share, resell or distribute our materials without written permission

5. Intellectual Property

All content, worksheets, workbooks, milestone tools, facilitation methods and materials provided by Reckonly are our intellectual property and protected under Malaysian copyright law. Upon enrolment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your own personal goal-setting purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written consent.

6. Payment Terms

All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of any applicable materials. Payment terms are confirmed at the point of booking. Reckonly reserves the right to adjust pricing for future programme cycles with reasonable notice.

Refund Policy: Cancellations made 7 or more days before the programme start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date are not refundable, but you may transfer your enrolment to a future cohort (subject to availability, once per enrolment). No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

If Reckonly cancels a programme, enrolled participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to the next available cohort.

7. Programme-Specific Terms

Enrolment in a programme constitutes acceptance of the programme outline shared prior to the first session. Session recordings are not provided to participants. Materials are provided digitally and, where applicable, by post; printed workbooks are dispatched within five business days of confirmed enrolment. Group support sessions require a minimum of 3 participants to run; if this threshold is not met, alternatives will be offered.

8. Disclaimers

Reckonly provides coaching and educational services on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant any specific outcomes from participation in our programmes. Goal clarity and milestone progress depend on individual engagement and circumstances beyond our control.

Our services are not a substitute for regulated financial advice. We strongly encourage participants to consult a licensed financial planner before making specific financial decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Malaysian law, Reckonly's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific programme in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of income or opportunity.

We are not liable for delays or inability to deliver services due to events outside our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, illness, or telecommunications failure.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Reckonly, its coaches and staff against any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of our materials, or your violation of any applicable law.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a coaching engagement with reasonable written notice. If a participant's conduct is disruptive or harmful to other programme members, Reckonly reserves the right to withdraw access without refund. In that event, we will document the reason in writing.

Clauses relating to intellectual property, disclaimer, limitation of liability and dispute resolution survive termination.

12. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. In the event of a dispute, we encourage both parties to first attempt resolution informally by contacting [email protected]. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

13. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between us.
• Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in force.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these terms without our written consent. We may assign our obligations to a successor business.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify enrolled participants by email of material changes. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
