Nora Rashid

Subang Jaya · Clarity Session

"I came in not really knowing how to describe what I wanted. By the end of the session I had three clear goals written down and a map of what each one looked like in six months. That's more clarity than I got from two years of reading articles online."

Karthik Lingam

Petaling Jaya · 4-Week Track

"The peer circle surprised me. I wasn't expecting to find it useful — talking about goals with strangers sounds uncomfortable. But the structure kept it focused, and hearing someone else name a goal very similar to mine made me feel less alone in the confusion."

Shirin Yusoff

Puchong · Complete Programme

"The complete programme was worth the commitment. The workbook is something I still use — I check in with it every few weeks. I'd have liked slightly longer group support sessions, but the content itself was thorough and the coaches genuinely listened."

Daniel Wong

Shah Alam · Clarity Session

"I booked because I was feeling vague about everything — not just money, but direction in general. Suraya didn't push me toward any particular answer. She just asked better questions than I'd been asking myself. The milestone map I made that day is still on my desk."

Priya Haneef

Damansara · 4-Week Track

"I was a little sceptical going in — I'd done a financial planning session before that turned into a product pitch. This was completely different. No products mentioned, no pressure. Just four weeks of useful, structured thinking. I feel more settled about what I'm doing."

Ahmad Zulkifli

Puchong · Complete Programme

"The three months of group support after the main sessions was the part I undervalued when signing up. Having a monthly check-in to revisit milestones made me actually keep using the tools. I'd recommend the complete programme to anyone who tends to start things but not follow through."

Three Journeys, Three Kinds of Clarity

Clarity Session · Kuala Lumpur

From "I Should Be Saving" to a Specific Plan

The Situation

A 34-year-old marketing executive knew she wanted to "save more" but couldn't articulate what for. Each month she set vague intentions and felt guilty when they faded. She came to the session feeling like she was behind — though she wasn't sure behind what.

The Work

In one session, she named three distinct goals — a career sabbatical in two years, a home in five, and a modest travel fund for this year. Each became a milestone ribbon with three clear markers. The review rhythm: a five-minute monthly note in her diary.

Three Months On

She hit the first two near-term markers on both the sabbatical and travel goals. The guilt about "being behind" dissipated once she had something specific to be behind or ahead of. She re-enrolled for the four-week track to deepen the work.

"I realised the vagueness was the problem, not me. Once there was something concrete to aim at, I actually wanted to check in with it."

4-Week Track · Subang Jaya

A Freelancer Who Needed Structure, Not a Spreadsheet

The Situation

A freelance designer in his late twenties had unpredictable income and no clear sense of what "enough" looked like for him. He'd read a lot about budgeting apps and investment accounts, but couldn't decide where to start because he hadn't defined what he was working toward.

The Work

Over four weeks, he mapped a near goal (a three-month income buffer by the following year), a mid goal (own workspace in three years) and a far goal (a smaller client load by forty). The peer circle helped him test whether his goals felt genuine or just socially expected.

Six Months On

He'd made meaningful progress on the buffer goal and had dropped two clients he'd kept out of anxiety rather than genuine work. He described the milestone map as having given him "permission to want what I actually want."

"The peer circle was the part I expected to hate. It ended up being the most useful hour of the four weeks."

A Couple Who Needed to Talk About Money Differently

The Situation

A couple in their early forties attended separately (different cohorts) but with a shared aim: to get clearer on goals individually before they could align as a household. Conversations about money had become tense and circular.

The Work

Each built their own milestone ribbon through the complete programme. The printed workbooks gave them a shared language when they compared notes at home. Neither had an identical goal list, but the structures were compatible enough to have a different kind of conversation.

After the Programme

Both described the main shift as having clearer individual goals before trying to align them. They continued using the group support sessions independently for three months, and both reviewed their milestones at least monthly throughout.

"We stopped arguing about numbers and started talking about what we actually wanted. That was the change."
